 Bob
has practiced public accounting for over twenty years. In his capacity as a Partner at the CPA firm of Shea, Labagh & Dobberstein, he serves as a consulting advisor with our firm.
As a former partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bob's clients have included large international enterprises in manufacturing, distribution and high technology industries. Mr. Zurcher has also served numerous middle market companies that have included locally owned distributors, retailers and venture-backed technology companies. Many of the clients Bob has served are SEC registrants and his experience includes guiding companies through initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Bob has a substantial breadth of international business experience having directed the international practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tokyo, Japan and Seoul, Korea.
Bob holds an BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
