 Dave has 30 years of finance and business experience in both domestic and cross-border situations including operating, transaction and due diligence assignments.
From 1997 to 2001 he was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services practice where he performed due diligence for both financial and strategic buyers. In that capacity he also advised clients on the financial and operating aspects of buying or selling business units. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dave gained extensive professional experience in finance and accounting, acquisitions, divestitures, spin offs, corporate restructurings, and SEC reporting for privately-held and publicly-traded multiple site businesses, including 10 years with a $2 billion multinational company with 30,000 employees in 17 countries.
Dave is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and received his BA from the University of Washington. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
