  Our Approach

What size company does CDS typically analyze?
The target companies CDS analyzes are generally public or privately-held entities with annual revenues of up to $500 million. CDS also evaluates divisions of publicly-held companies of roughly the same size. When evaluating divisions of parent companies, CDS focuses on determining the financial position of the entity on a stand-alone, go-forward basis.
