 Julie
has over eighteen years of experience providing financial advisory services, including forensic accounting, investment banking and investment management.
Prior to joining Corporate Diligence Specialists, Julie was an investment banking Associate with Harris Williams & Co., where she provided sell-side advisory services to privately and publicly held companies as well as private equity firms investing in the middle market across a variety of industries. The transactions she advised on ranged in enterprise value from $30 million to $200 million. Before joining Harris Williams, Julie worked as an Executive Consultant with Peterson Consulting (now Navigant Consulting). While at Peterson, Julie provided litigation consulting and forensic accounting services in the Financial Institutions and Health Care practice areas. Julie also served in an internship as a Client Service Analyst with Wellington Management Company, one of the country's oldest investment management firms with assets under management totaling approximately $350 billion.
Julie holds a BS in Commerce (concentration in Accounting) from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Julie is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
