 Brian
has over fifteen years of due diligence, finance and accounting experience working on acquisitions of manufacturing, technology and service sector companies.
Prior to the formation of Corporate Diligence Specialists, Brian was a Silicon Valley-based manager in the Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led due diligence assignments for acquisitive technology companies, including Nokia and Sun Microsystems. During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Brian advised on over 50 M&A transactions ranging in size from $10 million to over $1 billion in transaction value. Brian began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles. He has served on the board of and coordinated education outreach for the Surfrider Foundation in Santa Cruz, Ca. and has been actively involved with youth oriented organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Junior Achievement.
Brian received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with honors, from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
