Richard D. Baker, Consulting Advisor (Partner at Shea Labagh and Dobberstein)     Richard is a Partner at the CPA firm of Shea, Labagh & Dobberstein. His experience includes twenty years of public accounting and six years as a CFO. As a former audit partner with a large international accounting firm, Rich's clients included large and small to medium-sized manufacturing, distribution and technology companies. Many of the clients Rich has served are SEC registrants and his experience includes guiding companies through initial public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing arrangements.
