 Anthony
has over twelve years of experience in private equity and financial assurance and advisory services.
Prior to joining Corporate Diligence Specialists, Anthony was a Vice President at JP Morgan Partners, LLC (JPMP), the private equity division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed a portfolio of more than 100 small-to-middle market buyout and venture capital investments. During his tenure at JPMP, Anthony made recommendations for multiple investment decisions and structured several secondary sale transactions. Before joining JPMP, Anthony provided financial assurance and advisory services at Deloitte & Touche, focusing on financial services, manufacturing and technology companies.
Anthony holds a BS in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting) with honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a CFA charterholder.
